€250per user / year

Professional starts at 3 users for €750 per year, billed annually and excluding VAT; every user costs the same.

Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Professional renews automatically each year until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term; your license expires with it. Once the term starts and your license is available, the annual fee is not prorated or refunded except where mandatory law requires it, for a duplicate or incorrect charge, or an agreed written remedy. See the Terms.

  • Add users at any time, prorated for the current term
  • Share your users across as many self-hosted Naradox deployments as you need
  • Renews automatically each year
  • Same features, connectors, updates, and best-effort support as Free

Optional support add-on

Optional Support

€1,999 excluding VAT per selected deployment per year, for a Professional deployment. Optional Support targets a first substantive response in 1–2 business days. It is not an SLA, and resolution time is not guaranteed.

  • Renews on the same date as Professional; the first term is charged pro rata up to that date
  • Covers product and license questions, installation and upgrade guidance, and troubleshooting Naradox issues. Read what support covers.
  • Without it, best-effort support Requests remain included for an active Free or Professional deployment that is not subject to a billing hold, without guaranteed response or resolution times.
Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Optional Support follows your Professional subscription. The first term runs until Professional's next renewal date and is charged pro rata; after that it renews automatically each year on the same date as Professional until cancelled. It ends when Professional ends, and you can also cancel it on its own at the end of its current term. Once coverage is available, the fee for a term is not prorated or refunded except where mandatory law requires it, for a duplicate or incorrect charge, or an agreed written remedy. See the Terms.

New Optional Support purchases are temporarily unavailable. Existing subscriptions remain manageable in Billing.

Beta FAQ

What teams need to know before getting started.

How do updates and licenses continue?

Releases are delivered through the customer portal. An issued license keeps working offline until its expiration date. When your plan changes or renews, download and import the updated signed license.

Can we upgrade an existing deployment?

For deployments installed through the supported signed installer and Compose path, a release change uses the documented upgrade process against the existing deployment rather than a fresh install. Review each release's notes, backup requirements, and any migration steps before upgrading. See the upgrade guidance.
